About Card Show Vendor Kit

At a card show, decisions come fast: someone wants an offer on a stack of cards, a trade needs valuing, and afterwards you have a pocket of cash, a card reader report and no clear picture of how the day went.

This agent kit works from your own comps and your own rules, which you write once in the playbook. It has four modes:

- Pricing: tags your inventory, sorts it into case tiers and flags stale comps or prices below cost.

- Buying: applies your buy percentages per item, rounds the way you choose, totals the offer, and flags slabs and autographs to check. It writes a respectful offer script and an offer slip.

- Trading: values both sides of a trade.

- Recap: builds the after-show recap, keeping profit (sales, fees, cost of goods sold, expenses) apart from cash, and explains why they differ.

Inside: the agent instructions, a vendor playbook (comps, pricing, buy and trade policy templates, an offer script, payments and records), a show checklist with a recap template, conversation starters, a Claude Code subagent and a worked example.

For part-time vendors, new dealers and collectors who sell or trade at shows.

Limitations: it uses only your numbers. It doesn't look up prices and never calls a buy rate standard, because there isn't one. It can't authenticate slabs or autographs, and it isn't tax or accounting advice.

- writes the after-show recap, with profit and cash figures kept apart.
