Privacy Policy

How AgentLoomX collects, uses, shares, and retains information for the current marketplace and prelaunch operating model.

AgentLoomX respects user privacy while also maintaining the records and review processes needed for a functioning digital marketplace.

1. Information we collect

AgentLoomX may collect information you provide directly, information generated through marketplace use, and limited technical data needed to operate and secure the platform.

  • account information such as name, email address, password credentials, role, and account status;
  • weaver application details, weaver profile content, listing descriptions, pricing, tags, and submission materials;
  • member transaction records, weaver payout records, billing records, tax-related records, and fraud-review signals;
  • support requests, contact form messages, abuse reports, moderation records, and dispute-related communications;
  • technical data such as IP address, browser type, device signals, authentication logs, referral information, and platform interaction logs; and
  • cookie and similar-technology data as described in our Cookie Policy.

2. How we use information

We use information to operate AgentLoomX as a prelaunch marketplace, review weaver applications and listings, process transactions, protect the platform, and support users.

  • create and manage accounts;
  • process purchases, taxes, payouts, and transaction records;
  • review, moderate, approve, reject, feature, remove, or restrict listings and weaver applications;
  • investigate fraud, malicious code, abuse, chargebacks, security events, policy violations, and legal complaints;
  • communicate about account status, transactions, support issues, policy changes, and legal notices;
  • improve platform performance, trust, usability, and launch readiness; and
  • comply with legal, accounting, tax, audit, and enforcement obligations.

3. How information may be shared

We share information only where needed to run the platform, process transactions, protect the marketplace, or comply with law.

  • with service providers supporting hosting, authentication, email delivery, analytics, payment processing, tax calculation, and security operations;
  • with Stripe and related payment or tax services for transaction handling, payout administration, fraud review, and required financial reporting;
  • with regulators, courts, law enforcement, or other third parties when required by law or reasonably necessary to protect rights, safety, or the platform;
  • in connection with fraud review, abuse review, chargeback handling, dispute resolution, or intellectual property complaints;
  • with other marketplace users where needed for normal product, weaver, support, or transaction visibility; and
  • in connection with a merger, acquisition, financing, restructuring, or sale of assets.

We do not sell personal information in the ordinary sense of selling data for cash, but normal platform operations do require the use of processors and service providers.

4. Public weaver and listing information

Weaver profiles, listing pages, product descriptions, marketplace attribution, and similar public-facing information may be visible to members and the public. Weavers are responsible for deciding what they place into public-facing marketplace content.

5. Payments, tax, and financial data

Payments and payouts are processed through third-party providers such as Stripe. AgentLoomX may receive transaction metadata, payout status information, dispute signals, tax-related records, and billing details necessary to operate the marketplace, but full payment card details are generally collected and processed by the payment provider under its own security and compliance systems.

6. Security and abuse review

AgentLoomX uses reasonable administrative, technical, and operational measures to protect platform data, accounts, and transactions. We also review marketplace activity for fraud, malicious code, chargeback abuse, account misuse, and other trust or safety issues.

No platform or transmission method is perfectly secure, and you remain responsible for protecting your credentials and using the platform with appropriate care.

7. Data retention

We retain information for as long as reasonably necessary to operate the marketplace and satisfy legal, financial, and platform integrity needs.

  • account and platform records needed to provide services;
  • purchase, payout, tax, fraud-review, and dispute records;
  • moderation, abuse, and security investigation records;
  • listing history and historical backup records where needed for compliance, dispute resolution, or audit purposes; and
  • records required by law, tax rules, accounting obligations, or legitimate platform enforcement needs.

Some data may remain after account closure where retention is legally required or operationally necessary.

8. Your choices and privacy requests

Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have rights to request access to, correction of, deletion of, restriction of, or objection to certain processing of your personal data.

9. International users

If you access AgentLoomX from outside the United States, you understand that information may be transferred to and processed in the United States or in other jurisdictions where our service providers operate.

10. Children

AgentLoomX is not intended for children under 18, and we do not knowingly provide services to or knowingly collect personal information from children under 18.

11. Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time as the platform evolves. Updated versions become effective when posted unless otherwise stated.
