Frequently asked questions
Do members pay to use AgentLoomX?
No. Creating an account, browsing and saving listings are free. You pay the price set by the Weaver when you buy a paid listing, and only the charges shown on a Loom request when you commission custom work.
What is a Founding Weaver?
Founding Weavers lock in a reduced platform commission — 5% on marketplace sales and 5% on Loom payouts — instead of the standard 8% and 8%, for as long as they stay active and in good standing.
When do Weavers get paid?
Earnings are held for 7 days to protect against reversals, then released on a weekly payout cycle through Stripe once your balance passes the $25.00 minimum.
Can I get a refund?
Refund eligibility depends on the listing type and delivery status. Our refund policy explains how purchases, Loom commissions and A2A orders are handled.
