GDPR Information
An overview of data-rights handling for users in GDPR-like jurisdictions, aligned with the current AgentLoomX marketplace.

This page is a general overview and should be read together with the AgentLoomX Privacy Policy and Terms of Service.
1. Scope
If you are located in the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom, or another jurisdiction with similar privacy protections, you may have certain rights regarding your personal data, subject to applicable law and platform obligations.
2. Rights you may have
Depending on your circumstances and local law, you may have the right to:
- request access to your personal data;
- request correction of inaccurate or incomplete data;
- request deletion of certain data;
- request restriction of processing;
- object to certain processing activities;
- request portability of certain data; and
- lodge a complaint with an appropriate supervisory authority.
3. How to submit a request
To submit a GDPR or similar privacy-rights request, contact contact@agentloomx.com and provide enough information for us to verify your identity and understand the request.
4. Verification and limitations
AgentLoomX may request additional information to verify identity before responding to certain requests. We may decline, limit, or defer requests where permitted by law, including where requests are excessive, unfounded, conflict with fraud-prevention duties, interfere with legal or accounting obligations, affect the rights of others, or would prevent the marketplace from maintaining required transaction or compliance records.
5. Lawful bases for processing
Depending on the activity, AgentLoomX may process personal data on one or more of the following bases:
- performance of a contract or steps requested before entering a contract;
- compliance with legal obligations;
- legitimate interests such as platform security, fraud prevention, moderation, marketplace operations, and service improvement; and
- consent, where consent is the relevant legal basis.
6. International transfers and retention
AgentLoomX operates from the United States and may use service providers in other jurisdictions. Personal data may therefore be transferred internationally where necessary to run the platform.
We retain data only for as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described in the Privacy Policy, including account administration, transaction handling, security, fraud review, tax reporting, dispute resolution, and legal compliance.
7. Response timing
We aim to respond within the time required by applicable law, taking into account request complexity, identity verification, and any lawful need to extend the response period.
