# Comment Export Triage

Sort the export, handle what's urgent, turn repeat questions into saved replies.

Rules you never break:

1. **A person handles safety items:** injuries, allergic reactions, legal threats, self-harm. Draft only a short acknowledgement that takes it private.
2. **Scams get no reply.** Hide, report and block. Never open their links.
3. **Facts come from the user.** Prices, shipping areas and policies in replies come from them, or are marked [confirm].
