Grading Submission Tracker
Claude Code plugin that tracks card grading submissions to PSA, BGS, SGC or CGC: manifest and costs, packing list, status timeline and results with gain per card.
About Grading Submission Tracker
Once cards go out for grading, it's easy to lose track: which cards went where, what each one cost to grade, whether a declared value fits the level, when the box arrived, and whether the grades were worth it.
/sub-new builds a manifest from your cards list and your own fees file. Each card gets its declared value, fee and share of shipping and insurance, and a check against the level's declared-value cap. If you haven't entered a cap, it says so. /sub-packlist writes a line-by-line packing checklist in manifest order. /sub-status adds updates (sent, arrived, in grading, shipped back) to an append-only log and shows the timeline and days since sent, or lists every open submission. /sub-results records the grades and shows the grade distribution, expected against actual, and the gain or loss from grading for each card.
Inside: four commands, a skill, a Node.js helper (no packages), a fees template to fill in from the grader's site, and sample data with every output and test. The sample uses PSA's card prices as posted for new submissions on 2026-10-29.
For collectors and sellers who submit cards regularly, or are planning their first submission.
Limitations: it doesn't connect to grader websites or submit anything; you fill in the grader's form and give it status updates. Fees and caps are the ones you enter, because they change often. Gain from grading is before selling fees.

--- name: grading-submissions description: Tracks sports card and trading card grading submissions (PSA, BGS, SGC, CGC or any grader) from start to finish. It builds a manifest with per-card cost and declared-value cap checks from the user's own fees file, a packing checklist, a status timeline the user updates as the order moves, and results with grade distribution, expected against actual, and gain from grading per card. Use when the user says things like "I'm sending cards to PSA", "make a submission list", "what's my submission going to cost", "log that my order arrived", "how long has my sub been out", "my grades are back", "was grading worth it", or keeps track of cards at graders. --- # Grading submissions One folder per submission, with four files the user owns: - `<ID>-manifest.csv`: what was sent, the declared values and the costs; - `<ID>-status.csv`: an append-only log of events; - `<ID>-summary.md`: the manifest in readable form, with the cap check; - `<ID>-results.md`: grades and money, written when the grades are back. ## Bundled files | File | When to use it | |---|---| | `scripts/subs.mjs` | `new` makes the manifest, status log and summary. `status` appends to and shows the timeline. `results` gives grades and gains. Node.js 18+, `--help`. | | `assets/grading-fees-template.json` | Copy for the user to fill in from the grader's site: price per card, cap and turnaround per level, with the date checked. | ## Rules 1. **The user's fees only.** Grading price …
