About Flip or Pass Sourcing Agent
The money in reselling is made when you buy. Paying too much, buying something that won't ship, or buying a fake or a recalled item turns a good find into a loss. Doing the fee maths on a phone in a crowded garage sale is where mistakes happen.
This agent kit takes the item, the asking price and your recent sold comps. It finds the median of the comps that match and leaves out the ones that don't, such as extra attachments, other conditions or lots. Then it works out your net after platform fees, shipping and supplies, and your maximum buy price for your target profit, showing the maths. For heavy items it compares local pickup with shipping. It flags the risks: slow sellers, condition, counterfeit-prone brands, recalled or banned items such as drop-side cribs, oversize shipping and repairs. It lists 2-6 quick checks to do before paying and ends with a clear verdict: BUY at or under $X, BUY IF a check passes, or PASS.
It never uses prices from memory. With no comps or thin data, it says so and stays conservative.
