Store Payouts Reconciler
Claude Code plugin that reconciles Shopify or WooCommerce orders against Stripe, PayPal or Square exports and explains every gap between sales and payouts.
About Store Payouts Reconciler
Store sales and payouts never match, and working out why takes hours: fees, refunds, chargebacks, partial payments, currency conversion, payouts that include last month's sales, and the odd payment nobody can place.
/reconcile takes an orders export and one or more processor exports. A bundled Node.js helper matches payments to orders by reference first, then by amount and date when only one order fits. It writes a Markdown report, a CSV of exceptions and a CSV of matches. Exceptions include missing payments, payments with no order, double charges, refunds recorded on only one side, disputes, partial payments, cancelled orders whose payment was kept, currency differences, unusual fees and payouts that do not add up.
/explain-gap walks from one number to another (an order, a payment, a payout or a whole week) in a bridge table where every step has a source. /month-end-summary gives one page of totals, payouts to match against the bank, open items, carry-forwards and the figures a bookkeeper will ask for.
Inside: three commands, a skill, the helper, an export and column guide for Shopify, WooCommerce, Stripe, PayPal and Square, and realistic sample exports with deliberate mismatches, plus the output of every command.
This is a bookkeeping aid, not accounting, tax or financial advice. It does not convert currencies, read bank statements or handle sales tax. Ask your accountant how to record what it finds.
