About Weekly Planner & Time Blocker

Most weekly plans fail on Wednesday. The tasks never fitted between the meetings in the first place, and nobody added it up.

/plan-week reads your task list (Markdown or CSV, with estimates, priorities and deadlines) and a calendar export (.ics from Google, Outlook or Apple Calendar). It time-blocks the tasks around meetings, working hours, lunch and buffers. Deadlines go first, deep work goes in the mornings, and 15% of free time is kept as slack. It flags overcommitment, deadlines at risk, deadlines on your day off and meeting-heavy days, and proposes what to cut. You get a day-by-day schedule and an .ics file of the blocks to import.

/replan re-plans from now after an incident, a sick afternoon or new urgent work, and shows what moved. /review-week compares planned with done, checks your estimates, and turns the week into a few lessons and a carry-over list.

The bundled Node.js helper reads .ics files properly: weekly and daily repeats with intervals, counts, end dates, skipped dates and moved occurrences, and time zones, including meetings that move when another country changes its clocks.

Limits: it does not connect to calendar services (you export and import files), monthly repeats are not expanded, and it plans one week at a time.
