Sorting a month of bank and card transactions takes time, and the problems hide in the details: a subscription billed twice, groceries paid from the business account, a receipt you'll need later.

This agent kit takes a CSV export pasted as text and works through it row by row. It works out the sign convention and date format, categorizes every transaction into your chart of accounts with a confidence level, and handles the tricky rows properly: transfers, card payments, owner draws, refunds and processor payouts. Each flag follows a written rule: possible duplicates, unusual amounts, personal-looking spend, receipts, and items for your accountant. You get totals by account with a reconciliation check, a review list with specific questions, and a month-end checklist filled in with this month's rows.

Limitations: it doesn't connect to your bank or accounting software and can't see receipts. Chat assistants can make arithmetic slips on long exports, so every output includes a check line.
