Reseller Shipping Desk

Shipping day for a reseller means orders from five apps, each with its own ship-by date, items scattered across bins, a stack of box sizes, and a label price that jumps when a light item goes in a big box.

This Claude Code plugin works from the order exports you already have. The queue merges them into one list: late orders first, then ship today, tomorrow and later, with a count per platform. If an export has no ship-by date, it estimates one from the paid date and your handling time, and marks it. The pick list puts every item for the day's orders in bin order (A2 before A10), with quantities and order numbers and a tick box per line. The box picker uses your item sizes and the boxes you stock to choose the smallest box or mailer that fits each order, with extra padding for fragile items. It shows ship weight and billable weight for UPS, FedEx and USPS, so you can see where dimensional weight costs you. Packing slips print one per page with your shop name, a thank-you note and a tick box per item. They leave the address off, because that goes on the label.
