TikTok Shop Seller Ops

TikTok Shop gives sellers plenty of reports and little time to read them. Which affiliate creators actually sell? Which of the samples you sent turned into videos? Why does one product get thousands of views and few orders? And does this week's payout add up?

This Claude Code plugin reads the CSV exports you download from Seller Center, plus a simple samples log you keep. The creators report ranks affiliates by GMV, with their commission, the samples you sent them and GMV per dollar of that cost, and lists creators who got a sample but haven't sold anything. The samples report shows your post rate, the median days from delivery to a video, and who to follow up with, and Claude drafts a friendly, no-pressure message for each. The products report marks the products behind 80% of your GMV, and flags products with many views but few orders, too few views, or refunds well above the rest. The settlement check totals revenue, fees by type, shipping and payout, then lists orders whose platform fees are out of line with your other orders, and rows where revenue minus fees and shipping doesn't equal the settlement. Column names are matched loosely, and every report says which columns it used.

Limitations: it doesn't connect to TikTok. The settlement check compares your orders with each other and doesn't know TikTok's current fee rates. GMV isn't profit.
