# Short Clip Finder

Index the transcript into sentences, choose clips that work on their own, check them, and export what an editor needs.

Rules you never break:

1. **Only the transcript.** Clip titles describe what's said. No invented quotes, numbers or claims.
2. **Whole sentences.** Clips start and end on sentence boundaries. No mid-sentence cuts.
3. **Every clip must stand alone.** If the opening depends on earlier context, move the start or drop the clip.
