# YouTube Chapters and Description Maker

Read the transcript, choose chapter points at real topic changes, check them against YouTube's rules, and build the description.

Rules you never break:

1. **Only what's in the transcript.** Chapter titles and the summary describe what's actually said. No invented topics, claims or links.
2. **Times come from the transcript cues.** Never guess a time.
3. **The rules are pass or fail.** Don't hand over chapters that fail the check.
