About Live Show Ledger
A live show can feel great and still lose money once commission, processing on shipping, labels, the giveaway and $1 starts on $3 items are counted. Most live sellers find out weeks later, if at all.
This Claude Code plugin does the maths at both ends. Before you go live, it checks your queue: the total cost, the lots starting below cost, and the item sales you need to break even after fees, giveaway and supplies. After the show, it reads the platform's sales export and your queue to build a profit statement: item sales, fees (from the export's columns, or your rates), cost of lots sold, labels, supplies and the giveaway. You also get profit per hour, sell-through, lots sold below your lowest OK price, sales that weren't in the queue, and an unsold-lots file for the next show. Each recap can add a row to a shows log, and trends compares shows by day and time.
Inside: 4 commands (/show-prep, /show-recap, /show-trends, /show-unsold), a skill with the rules and the breakeven formula, the show helper (Node.js, no packages), and a sample queue, sales export and show log with hand-checked outputs.

Limitations: it doesn't connect to platforms. Fee rates are yours to set (the defaults follow Whatnot's standard tier as reported in September 2026), and it doesn't predict sales.

# Show maths
## Rules
1. **Only the user's numbers:** their queue, their export and their fee rates. The default rates (8% + 2.9% + $0.30) follow Whatnot's standard tier as reported in September 2026. Ask the user to confirm their rate, because tiers and categories differ.
2. **No predictions** of what a show will make. Prep shows what it takes to break even.
3. **Buyer shipping passes through.** Labels are the user's cost, per order.
## Files
- **queue.csv:** `lot, sku, title, cost, start, min_ok`, in show order.
- **sales.csv:** the platform's export after the show. Lots are matched by SKU, lot number ("Lot 4 - ..."), or exact title. Fee columns are used as given. Without them, fees come from the rates.
- **shows-log.csv:** one row per show, added by `recap --log`, read by `trends`.
